Competition Terms & Conditions
Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
This competition is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.
To enter, participants must purchase the eligible Josh Pyke release during the promotional period and submit a valid proof of purchase (receipt) via the official entry form.
Participants may enter more than once, provided each entry is supported by a separate qualifying purchase and a separate proof of purchase (receipt).
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the competition period.
The prize consists of one private Josh Pyke performance at the winner’s nominated location, subject to approval by Josh Pyke’s management.
The nominated venue or residence must be located in Australia and must be suitable and safe for a live performance.
The event must be approved by Josh Pyke’s management in their absolute discretion.
The winner must not sell tickets, charge admission, or otherwise generate revenue from the event.
The performance must not be publicly promoted, advertised, or marketed in any form, including but not limited to social media, ticketing platforms, posters, or other public announcements.
Attendance numbers will be capped at a maximum number determined by Josh Pyke’s management.
The performance duration will be capped at a maximum of 60 minutes.
The date and time of the performance will be determined by mutual agreement between the winner and Josh Pyke’s management, subject to artist availability.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
If the winner’s proposed venue or event does not meet the requirements set by management, management reserves the right to offer an alternative arrangement or withdraw the prize.
Management reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an invalid or fraudulent receipt.
Management’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering, participants agree to provide any information reasonably required to facilitate prize delivery and event planning.
Management reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or cancel the competition if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
The prize must be redeemed and the performance scheduled within twelve (12) months of the winner being notified. If the winner does not arrange the event within this period, the prize will be forfeited.
